Kenyan farmers to get a boost with MFARM and Experience Dynamics

Experience Dynamics is working with MFARM to create a next generation mobile user experience that enables collaborative buying and selling for Kenyan farmers. MFARM is a Kenyan based platform that facilitates pricing transparency in the process of buying and selling for the agricultural market. In June 2015, MFARM was mentioned as an outstanding example of entrepreneurship by President Obama.

Experience Dynamics has been providing Interaction Design to the MFARM team, to follow on from a field study and recommendations provided by IDEO. “Designing for the cultural and behavioral sensitivity for users (farmers) who need guaranteed trust in selling and buying behavior is critical to our UX strategy”, said Frank Spillers of Experience Dynamics.
