Course Description: Usability testing, also known as “User testing,” is a fundamental technique for evaluating the usability of interfaces and experiences. This Usability Testing training is designed to cover usability engineering research, focusing on usability testing as a primary method. Participants will learn every facet of the usability testing process, from strategic study planning to effective stakeholder communication.

Course Highlights:

  1. Conduct Usability Testing:  Learn the core process for conducting usability tests and how to evaluate different types of designs e.g. prototypes across platforms.

  3. Master Test Plan creation: Craft well-structured and practical test plans that guide different types of usability tests. Learn recruiting best practices for easy user recruiting and management.

  5. Gather accurate data: Gain hands-on experience in capturing usability test data, both directional and metrics-based testing.

  6. Build Agile user testing skills: Learn how to report and analyze usability test data within an Agile framework. Effectively communicate discoveries to development teams, resulting in iterative enhancements.
